SUMMERSIDE UNITED SOCCER - MINI PROGRAM
WRAP UP NIGHT – Under 4’s, 6’s and 8’s
Date:
Monday, August 27th, 2012 (Rain date will be Wednesday, August 29th)
The theme for the night will be “
Games & BBQ” and the schedule for the night will be as follows:

All players will go to their assigned teams and field location (as per normal)

Each coach will provide fun games for their players (U4's for 15 minutes; U6's & U8's will be 30 minutes) There will be no official game against another team on this night

After the games portion, Coaches will distribute Timbit medals to their players

The Coach and players will then gather (at their own field location) for a team photo by parents (Parents – please bring your cameras)

Coaches will then collect all player (washed) jerseys and place in a plastic bag. This should then be placed in the pink storage tub located at each field (Parents – please ensure that your child wears a t-shirt under their jersey)

Coaches and parents will walk their kids over to the BBQ station at their field to eat, mingle and be merry :) There will be a separate BBQ station at each of the three field locations
Under 4 Schedule:
6:00 – 6:15 – Fun Games (at your scheduled field location)
6:15 – 6:25 – Timbit medal presentation and Team Photos by parents
6:25 – 6:45 – BBQ, drinks & fun (at the BBQ station on your field)
Under 6 Schedule:
5:45 – 6:15 – Fun Games (at your scheduled field location)
6:15 – 6:25 – Timbit medal presentation and Team Photos by parents
6:25 – 6:45 – BBQ, drinks & fun (at the BBQ station on your field)
Under 8 Schedule:
6:15 – 6:45 – Fun Games (at your scheduled field location)
6:45 – 6:55 – Timbit medal presentation and Team Photos by parents
6:55 – 7:15 – BBQ, drinks & fun (at the BBQ station on your field)
***Coaches – Please bring your best “Fun Games” for your players on this night.
***Parents - Please remember to bring your
camera and a
t-shirt for your child
